Chocolate!  There is nothing more decadent, satisfying, or necessary than chocolate.  Chocolate is something that I cannot live without and it is something that I search out as much as possible.  I just returned back from Paris and one of the most memorable moments of the trip was a visit to Angelina.  Angelina is a tearoom located next to the Louvre Gardens that serves the most decadent hot chocolate that you will ever experience. It is rich, creamy, not too sweet and warms your body from head to toe.  Ordering a cup of hot chocolate from Angelina is an experience.  It comes in a small pitcher with enough hot chocolate for two cups, it is served with unsweetened whipped cream that adds another level of richness to the experience while cutting some of the sweetness.

Other than hot chocolate, there are many culinary delights that you can partake in at Angelina.  I discovered my love for Croque Monsieurs at Angelina.  It was balanced perfectly with the light white bread and rich sauce and salty ham.  My experience at Angelina can only be described as perfect and I am so glad I was able to have such a wonderful experience!
